A strong, flavored gin; the winter edition of the Rock Rose Gin seasonal variants, each created with a flavor profile that matches a different season. It begins with juniper & pine aromas, followed by a piney taste with notes of fresh pine & a hint of orange peel; it finished complexly. January 2018
