Served this straight in a glencairn glass. This one strikes me as very unusual. The aroma is sweet, with a peculiar caramel scent. The taste has a slight warmth and a peppery quality, but the finish is where it truly puzzles me. It has a 'chemical' or artificial caramel flavor, tasting intensely of processed sugar. A lingering taste remains for over two minutes, turning quite sour. I cannot recommend this at all.
