Rich Grain Distilling Co. Bourbon

This is an ideal fusion of sweet wheat and rye bourbons. The sweet corn and soft wheat flavors coat the palate, and as you move it around, you can sense the whiskey transforming. It gradually shifts into a familiar spicy rye character found in most rye mashbills. I liken it to a roller coaster, with a slow ascent to the peak. Sweetness transitions to spice. Unfortunately, this distillery ceased operations in 2020, so finding a bottle will require effort. Good luck! 🥃
