Aroma of sweet caramel. Starts out mellow and finishes with a peppery kick. The low alcohol content, at 94 proof, explained the smoothness. Still, it's a satisfying drink. I purchased it for my career and was pleased it met expectations. A lower price would have been preferable, but it's not a dealbreaker. I will certainly keep this as a regular choice. Cheers!!
