About this bottle
The Redlands Estate, situated in a region once bestowed upon George Frederick Read, the disowned son of King George IV, began as a property for cultivating barley. Redlands signifies Australia's inaugural "paddock to bottle" whisky, a designation shared globally with only one other producer, Kilchoman of Islay. The barley cultivated here has also been utilized in whiskies such as Lark Single Malts. This offering is double-distilled and presented without aging, although an aged spirit is planned for future release. Additionally, the distillery produces brandy and schnapps. This spirit is bottled in 375ml containers at 100 proof and is subject to restricted distribution.
