A solid purchase at $29.99. My hunch is this bottling won't stay the same, as Rebel will probably switch from Heaven Hill's product in the future. This is just my speculation. On the nose, it's very inviting, presenting notes of oak and pink bubble gum, evoking memories of chewing Big League Chew as a kid. There's also a hint of hay from a barn. The palate is quite enjoyable yet straightforward, as anticipated. The bubble gum flavor continues, or perhaps some might call it cotton candy. Hints of white or vanilla cake batter blend with some barrel char, alongside touches of honey and graham cracker. The palate is definitely the highlight of this pour. The finish is uncomplicated, featuring sweet, concentrated vanilla and black pepper, with a dry, sawdust-like note lingering at the conclusion of an agreeable finish.

A very nice bottle for less than $40. I also enjoy mixing it with coke. If you appreciate Jack or Russell's with coke, you'll likely enjoy this bottle immensely.
Sweet scent with caramel and cotton candy. A solid flavor profile for a three-year-old bourbon. Great finish.
Less sweet compared to Rebel 100. Has a somewhat ethanol-like finish.
