I really enjoy this. It drinks much lighter than its stated proof. It's nice and smooth. A touch of oak, mostly vanilla. Perhaps some fruit and just a hint of pepper at the end.
Citrus and baking spices on the aroma. Caramel, apple, with an almost nutty flavor on the palate. A slight warmth on the finish, but not unpleasant.
