Aroma: Brown sugar, vanilla, a touch of coconut and fresh pineapple. Very "BOURBONY". Taste: Light brown sugar, caramel, oak, and a whisper of dark chocolate. The tropical flavors of mango, pineapple, and banana are lively and emerge prominently toward the end of the sip. A slight ethanol presence balances the sweeter notes. Finish: A pleasant, long finish reminiscent of bourbon. Concludes with a note of chewy, juicy fruit gum. Overall: I'm a big fan of Foursquare products! As a bourbon enthusiast, this is an easy choice. It has a bit of a kick but also offers tropical fruit and agreeable sugar notes. Picture your favorite whiskey on a tropical getaway – this is it! It paired excellently with a Cohiba Maduro.

The aroma has an initial hit of banana followed by bourbon. Flavor is bourbon. Where is the rum? If I wanted bourbon, I would have purchased a bottle. Quite disappointing, there's absolutely nothing "rum" about this. Foursquare concentrates too heavily on bourbon flavoring, a profile I don't care for...I prefer scotch. Rating based on sipping it neat and, in this instance, the flavor NOT even hinting at rum. I want to ensure I do not purchase this again.
On the nose, there's overripe banana with a touch of bourbon. The taste is packed with tropical fruits, featuring banana prominently, alongside a bit of cherry and some spice from the barrel. It feels a bit thin and lacks significant funk, but it's a rum that generally pleases the crowd.
