This is not meant for sipping. It's not intended for that purpose. It's all lemon, grapefruit, perhaps a hint of pepper on the palate, and some herbs. You will be let down if you sip this. A very unusual whiskey. Smooth, almost oily, yet thin like water simultaneously. Very little flavor. Faint wheat, maybe a hint of caramel, and very slight rye spice, and that's all. It's not unpleasant. There's just nothing there... $34 in Ontario.
The very first whisky I had to pour down the drain.
