Bottled Jan 2022. Contains spirits aged 2-16 years. A blend of 7 fullproof single casks. The nose has notes of vanilla, almond croissant from the Baco & Folle Blanche. It’s dense with macerated white grapes, dried fruit and nougat. Adding water significantly improves the palate. Tastes of vanilla cream, candied oak and brown pears. It has a long finish.
