PM Spirits Project Tequila Blanco Nom 1468 Single Horno (Oven) 2021 is a crisp, Agave Spirit created by Jose Luis Gutierrez & distilled by Juan Antonio Gonzales at Grupo Tequilero Mexico in Jalisco. This Tequila is made with 100% estate-grown Blue Weber Agave baked in a single oven; fermented in stainless steel & twice distilled in a Copper Pot Still. It's then rested for 15 days in bourbon casks before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of roasted agave, fruits, herbs & spices; a full & complex development adds notes of cinnamon, white pepper, butterscotch, apple & grapefruit; leading to a long & herbal conclusion with notes of rosewater, Aloe Vera, mint & thyme.
