Bourbon with maple and bacon flavoring, made exclusively for Salt + Smoke bbq restaurants. It's sweet and smoky, with strong notes of peppery bacon. A good alternative to an Old Fashioned, or for occasional enjoyment out of nostalgia. Not a bourbon I would regularly choose.
