Aroma: rye, wood, herbs, tart apple, blossoms, white pepper, citrus and mint. Taste: bold with fruit and spice, vanilla, chocolate cone, pepper, wood, cinnamon, apple, and barrel notes. Quite herbal and reminiscent of gin. A long, spiced finish. Intricate. Exceptionally well crafted.

It has a rich aroma with hints of vanilla, nuts, caramel, and a touch of cinnamon and wood. The palate is warm, with notes of chocolate, white pepper, spearmint, caramel, and vanilla. It reminded me of ice cream, a friend.
