About this bottle
Penderyn Legend was created by Penderyn's all-female distilling and blending team in Wales to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Women Who Whiskey, an international women's networking and educational group, in 2021. The single malt initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks before a finish in oak barriques that previously held Madeira wine. Bottled at 86 proof, it is neither chill-filtered nor artificially colored. Introduced in February 2022, the US market has an allocation of 3000 bottles.
