A fruity Agave Spirit from Destiladora Del Valle De Tequila NOM 1438 in Jalisco, Mexico. It begins with an aromatic profile of agave, earth, citrus, herbs, and spices. Its fruity character adds notes of steamed agave, pineapple, creamy vanilla, and honey, concluding with a delicate, slightly creamy finish that includes hints of black pepper, cinnamon, lemon peel, and sea spray. Sampled July 2022.
