Padre Azul Añejo

An elegant, Agave Spirit from NOM 1466. It has an aromatic birth with notes of raw agave, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of prune, tangerine, cider, creme brule, caramel & maple; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of oak, vanilla, chocolate, allspice, cinnamon, coconut, hazelnut, tobacco & smoke. Abundant vanilla, caramel, and oak. This is sweet. Best enjoyed as a sipper with a small amount of ice.

The aroma is sharp, but the taste resembles a fantastic vanilla cake.

Fruity, light. Best sipped neat or on ice.
