The initial aroma hints at pie crust, then gradually introduces a sweetness reminiscent of berries. This is quite an unusual bottle; the funky aromas and taste are intriguing but might not suit everyone. Following the aroma, the initial taste has a bready sweetness like blueberry cobbler. The back of the palate and finish lose this sweetness, replacing it with a medium-length minty finish that lingers briefly before fading back to the bready sweetness from the front of the palate. Overall, an interesting bottle I don't mind sharing when I want something different with a little funk.
