Old Settler reminds me of what an old cowboy, saddling up his horse early in the morning, spitting chew, about to go on an adventure to find those darned cattle rustlers, would taste like. This stuff works hard and plays hard while still passing the vibe check.

Possessed a perfect oak essence with a touch of caramel and a pleasant smoky trail at the conclusion. I would enthusiastically recommend it with a perfect score of 10/10.
Drank by the water. Quite good. Nicely balanced. No single flavor dominates.
I sampled the sour mash. It's smooth initially, with a spicy conclusion.
Quite light, lacking significant flavor, straightforward.
Spicy cherry flavor.
