From this distillery, Batch Two. Bottled in September 2022. 100 proof. Served in a Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Light amber color. Smells of grass and sawdust, with some honey. Palate has pine, baking spice, and cinnamon. Finish is medium in length and heat. A splash reveals baking spice with bread notes. Overall: Rated 5/10. Shows some potential, but not ideal for sipping straight. Might be better on the rocks or in mixed drinks. Received as a gift, so cost is unknown.
