Butterscotch note along with the others listed. Far superior to what most tasters give it credit for. I didn't detect the beam peanut flavor, but that might emerge for me later. It's better than Booker's for me right now, and it's so reasonably priced. It surpasses most things I'm currently drinking. Wild Turkey products are my favorite, and this is better than the 8-year 101 for me.
