Nose: Tart green apple. Palate: Apple, cinnamon, brown sugar. Finish: Brief, with baking spices. A delightful sipper with fruit and spice notes. It's not the most intricate, but for a whiskey from Memphis enjoyed there, it's acceptable.
A decent bourbon expression, but it's a bit hot and thin. It does have some noticeable sweet baked spices, though, making it ideal for mixed drinks.
