A rich Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. The aromatic beginning presents agave, earth, fruits, herbs, and spices. A rich and spicy development adds citrus and white pepper, leading to a medium-length, balanced finish. Sampled December 2017 / March 2018 / June / September / October 2019.
