New Southern Revival Four Grain Bourbon

A gift I received. Smell: smells like pecans, vanilla, and cherry. Delightful! Taste: sweet, with hints of creme brûlée, vanilla, a light touch of smoke, and a delicate taste of toffee. End: The feel in the mouth was gentle, and after the tastes from each drink faded, there was not much lingering flavor. Very slight alcohol sting. Summary: A wonderful start from this producer. Perhaps additional aging could create a distinct flavor, but this current version provides a lot. Truly appreciated this drink!

I'm at the distillery and the server clearly dislikes her job, undoubtedly due to the company I'm with.

Spicy. The heat lingers on the palate through the finish. It drinks like a younger spirit.

Appealing aroma, very mellow and smooth on the palate. Clearly young.

Tastes almost like Jack and Coke!
