A solid Binny’s barrel selection from Bloomington, IL. Initially unimpressive, but it became much better after resting for several weeks. Big caramel and toffee on the nose, which carries to the palate with hints of dark chocolate. I really enjoy this selection. The finish is nice but could linger longer.
