About this bottle
Neversink Gin is crafted using apples from a single New York state orchard. The apple-derived spirit is steeped with juniper berries for 24 hours, then distilled with eleven botanicals, including juniper, coriander, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, orris root, angelica root, elderflower, and fresh citrus peels from oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. The final gin is bottled at 43% alcohol by volume.
