Moonrise Distillery Georgia Bourbon Whiskey

A nice cinnamon aroma with hints of pepper and brown sugar. A slight initial burn fades quickly, and the flavors seem to fall flat with little depth. It "tastes" like a young bourbon aged in lower char barrels. A decent pour, but might be best as a mixer. Too simplistic for sipping neat.

It smells flowery and like vanilla. It tastes sweet and flowery. The finish goes away fast.

Slightly sharp, with a rather neutral flavor profile.

Smooth throughout the entire experience. Clean finish.
