Moonrise Distillery Distillers Select Bourbon (Artisan Small Batch)

Aroma: notes of caramel, orange, and confectioners' sugar. The scent is evocative of stepping into a sweet shop. Taste: pronounced oak presence with hints of honey, cinnamon, and butter. There's an unusual quality on the finish that I'm uncertain about. A respectable serving.

Light aroma. Toasted light caramel. Body: Small graham cracker/cornbread notes, more complex than the base straight. Dark cherry is more prominent. Finishes longer. Slightly dusty. This is a good bourbon.
