The aroma is grainy with minimal smoke. The composition is 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. Despite being a high-rye spirit, it lacks the expected spiciness. The initial taste is slightly sweet, transitioning to a mild rye spice in the middle, and concluding smoothly with very little heat. It's a decent sipper from a local producer.
