Montana Whiskey Co. BlackFoot River Bourbon

An unusual sip... but not in a positive way. It had a peculiar earthy quality and tasted genuinely of dirt and mushrooms. Such an odd flavor profile that I can't imagine what it would pair well with. I'm definitely passing on this, as there are many excellent options available for the same price or less.

Sweet and earthy on the nose with dried bananas. The palate is mildly sweet, with herbal pepper and a salty, warm lingering finish.

For a friend's gathering. It's decent but not worth the price.

Very mellow and easy to drink
