I was quite surprised, honestly, even though I'm a fan of both their vodka and gin. You're met with immediate sweetness, but it quickly shifts to dry cinnamon, hay, and oak wood. I think I even detect tiny traces of peat. The finish is long and warm but leaves an earthy sensation. It's not the absolute best, but it's drinkable, and for an Austrian whiskey at 23 dollars, it's not a bad price at all. I imagine some fans of Highland spirits might enjoy this as a daily whiskey.

Uncertain about this one. The aroma and flavor are extremely light, mostly ethanol and bright, clean grain. It resembles a blended scotch that is very thin in malt character. A bit disappointing, considering their vodka and gin are quite good.
The aroma has a faint coffee and fruit essence. The taste is grainy with a touch of new oak. The end is rather dull with some alcohol burn.
Sharp and astringent on the nose, then surprisingly fruity and sweet on the palate.
It drinks like aged Scotch. I'm very impressed and have added it to my regular choices.
