About this bottle

This gin originates from a wheat spirit, similar to their Kornbrand Vodka, which undergoes multiple distillations and seven filtration cycles. Hand-picked botanicals from their own farm, including elderflowers, woodruff, and sweet blossoms, are then introduced to create their dry gin. It is bottled at 43.3% ABV.

Jimmie Saenz 4.0

Pleasant, slightly tingly, and floral with prominent woodruff notes neat. Adding tonic brings a touch of citrus but thins the spirit, overwhelming other tastes. Revision: Dropped from 4.5 to 4.0 after further tasting with increased experience.

Harrison Gauthier 5.0

Excellent Gin! Very floral, it can be enjoyed neat or with a very neutral tonic.

Kacey Shaffer 4.5

Juniper, floral, Citrus, Ideal Pairing: Fever Tree Tonic Mediterranean citrus peel

Charley Franks 4.0

Sweet, floral, and tastes like an energy drink (Pocari Sweat).

Carolina Corey 3.0

Very fruity, with a light juniper taste.

Vern Quinonez 4.5

* Savory * Somewhat medicinal * Intriguing
