Rice shochu (kome) using atmospheric pressure distillation (jo-atsu) by Sengetsu. Tastes of banana, nut, and grass. Minenotsuyu is a light example of jo-atsu distilled shochu. When mixed with matcha, it resembles matcha chocolate.
