The nose presents cherry and oak. On the palate, it's like creamy cherry cola with notes of almond butter. The finish is warm with oak. The bottle design is consistently appealing. It's very easy to drink, though not particularly complex. It falls short of the quality of the single malt.

Smells of charcoal, corn, oak, cherry, and burnt caramel. Tastes like sweet caramel, charred oak, and ash.
