A robust, Herbal Liquor made by a team for Milk and Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel, based on the New Make Single Malt and infused with 7 botanicals including Almonds, Savory, Coriander, Jasmine, Tarragon, Thyme, Cardamom & local honey. It begins aromatically with notes of jasmine, white pepper & honey; a rich & herbal middle adds notes of cardamom, za’atar & spices; concluding with a long & herbal candied finish featuring coriander.
