This is a concentrated, herbal cordial or liqueur from Italy. Its base is steam-distilled star anise essential oils, blended with a concentrated sugar solution and other secret natural ingredients. This creates a balanced expression of medium intensity. It has a delicate start with star anise notes, followed by a sweet and balanced middle with white sugar, leading to a rich, medium-length finish. From October 2018.
