About this bottle
This celebratory bottling, the first release in three years, commemorates Willie Pratt's retirement and his new role as Michter's Master Distiller Emeritus. Pratt selected and blended his preferred Kentucky straight bourbon and rye whiskeys from the entire Michter's inventory. He narrowed his choices down to 6 barrels of varying ages, spanning from over 10 to 33 years. The 2016 edition of Michter’s Celebration Sour Mash produced 258 bottles and is bottled at 58.4% ABV.
