A complex Agave Spirit from NOM: 1459 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico, crafted in Stainless steel then aged for 24 months in French Oak Cognac barrels before being bottled at 38% ABV. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of cooked agave, wood, earth, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while a complex life added notes of candied agave, citrus, cider, caramel, honey & cake batter; that led to a long end with notes of oak, black pepper & chocolate.
