Brennan Williamson 4.0

Color: Bronze gold. Attractive maple hue. Aroma: Maple, maple sugar candy, cinnamon roll, oak, caramel, and a subtle coffee hint. Palate: Maple, somewhat thick and syrupy, French toast, cinnamon, caramel, mild spice, and a slight coffee hint. Finish: Short, smooth, maple, and oak.

Gregorio Soto 3.8

Less intensely maple than some major distilleries (ahem, Knob Creek). Maple is prominent, followed by an oaky finish and a slightly syrupy consistency.

Preston Ulloa 4.0

Syrupy sweetness. Wood. Burnt sugar. Hints of nuts at the end.

Carey Lamb 4.0

Subtle maple on the finish. Nice kick for the cold weather.

Adelynn Andres 3.5

The perfect blend of maple and alcohol.

Keegan Iverson 3.5

Sweet maple essence.
