Mermaid Pink Gin is produced by steeping fresh Isle of Wight strawberries, cultivated in Arreton Valley, in the brand's signature gin for four days before redistillation. The plastic-free bottles are designed to resemble the scales of a mermaid's tail. It became available in the US in February 2023, with a suggested retail price of $34.99.

This is an intense gin, handcrafted on the Isle of Wight, England, using a blend of wild-foraged juniper, elderflower, fresh organic lemon zest, orris root, peppery grains of paradise, Boadicea hops, licorice root, English coriander, fragrant rock samphire, and fresh Island strawberries from the Arreton Valley. The initial aroma presents notes of berries, citrus, wildflowers, and spices. Its bold and fruity character features lemon zest, fresh strawberry, juniper, and elderflower. The long, spicy finish includes coriander, orris root, peppery grains of paradise, Boadicea hops, licorice root, and rock samphire. May 2022.
