This is a handcrafted, infused Gin from The Isle of Wight Distillery, made on the Isle of Wight, England. It's a blend of locally foraged juniper, grapefruit, cascade hops, fresh organic lemon zest, and rosemary. It starts aromatically with hints of berries, citrus, wildflowers, herbs, and spices. Its bold character then develops with candied notes of lemon zest, juniper, grapefruit, and bergamot. Finally, it concludes with a long, candied finish featuring hops, rosemary, and pine.
