A rich Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from IJW Whiskey Company, made with a mash bill of wheat, corn, malted barley & rye; fermented with a proprietary yeast & Kentucky limestone water, and bottled at 90 Proof. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of grains, fruits, nuts, wood & spices; its rich character adds banana, cherry, sweet corn & barley; leading to a balanced finish of medium length with notes of wheat, honey, vanilla bean, toasted almond & rye spice.
