Gives me a Heaven Hill-like impression with the nuttiness and the darker cocoa notes. This bottle gets some bonus points since it's from my area and because my wife and I had a great evening the first time I tried it. Well done.
Intensely woody and smoky. It's like gnawing on lumber, yet that's part of its allure. A small amount suffices. Intriguing flavor profile.
Harsh and corn-like, but heavy.
