Pure ethanol on the aroma. A little bit of sour mash corn. The taste is rough. Nothing sweet like one would expect from a wheated bourbon. In fact, although it may technically meet the guidelines, it does not taste like a bourbon at all. People comparing this to specific wheated bourbons are out of their minds. This stuff is terrible. Save your money and get a different wheated bourbon for less.
