Predominantly mandarin orange, with subtle hints of greater citrus complexity. It's very sweet otherwise, not excessively so, but strongly evokes canned sweetened mandarin orange or orange-flavored candy. If mixed with tonic, a welcome tartness emerges, and thyme cuts through slightly and unusually.
