About this bottle
Mammoth Woolly Bourbon features a mash bill comprising 68% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley, and 2% caramel malt. The grains are sourced from farms in Northern Michigan, and glacial water from the Torch Lake aquifer is used. Distillation occurs in a custom 650-liter pot still, followed by maturation in new, charred American oak barrels stored by Torch Lake. It is bottled at 92 proof.
