About this bottle

Released in May 2016, this limited-edition Maker's Mark bottle commemorates American Pharoah, the first thoroughbred to achieve the Triple Crown in 37 years. The design of the blue and yellow bottle is inspired by the Zayat Stables' silks, and the familiar red wax seal is replaced with a teal blue one. Maker's Mark is a wheated bourbon, created with a mash bill primarily of corn, followed by red winter wheat, and malted barley. It is presented at 45% ABV.

August Millan

Acquired a bottle on impulse. It will serve as a display piece and conversation starter. Its price was inflated for the attractive blue and yellow packaging. Support Ukraine! I plan to open it in 27 years, should a team win the championship again.

Giselle Pope 3.0

Excellent flavor, comparable to Maker's Mark but a bit smoother.

Karly Goodson 4.5

Exceptional whiskey, fruity notes but remarkably smooth for the brand.

Esteban Lyman

The same whiskey, just a different container??

Casey Krebs 3.0

33 euros at Stockmann.
