About this bottle
The M&H Distillery's Art & Craft series presents limited edition "forward-thinking whiskies." This particular bottling is one of six in the initial collection, with each aged in ex-beer casks. For the DoppelBock Beer Cask expression, the Tel Aviv distillery collaborated with Ha'aretz Brewery, which had used ex-bourbon barrels for its DoppelBock aging. Following the beer's removal after 4-6 months, the barrels were transferred to M&H for the full maturation of their single malt, lasting at least three years. Notably, one of the casks used for this bottling underwent a year of maturation as part of the M&H Dead Sea project. Availability in the US, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa, and Israel begins in February 2023. (Suggested retail price $120)
