A clear local spirit from Halki, Naxos, Greece, with 33% ABV. It's crafted from kitron tree leaves and additional herbs, infused and distilled into a neutral wheat alcohol base. Reminiscent of limoncello, it offers a more herbaceous profile, avoiding excessive sweetness and any harsh alcohol sensation. This is an attractive, characterful spirit showcasing skill.
