Eliana Danielson 4.3

Aroma of lemon, avoiding overly floral or artificial notes. Visually, it's a golden yellow with a hint of cloudiness and a medium-thick consistency. The bottle and label are appealing. It starts with sweetness on the palate, followed by distinct lemon taste accented by a touch of bitter rind. A finish emerges with floral vanilla and lemon. Quite pleasing, balanced between sweet and tart, without tasting like perfume. This marks only my third encounter with limoncello from the vast array available globally, so my perspective is limited. The top contender was a small flask from Venice (unidentified brand), but this one surpasses the other two I've tried domestically. It also costs a third more at $35, yet justifies the price for savoring. However, if mixed into a Vodka Lemondrop, the price point becomes less significant.

A well-executed limoncello. Intense lemon flavor, sweet yet retaining its characteristic tartness.

Jonas Nicholas 3.3

Served chilled, undiluted. Smells sharp, like lemon rind. Flavor is acrid and sugary.

Marla Malone 5.0

Very pleasing.
