The aroma is surprisingly sweet! It offers deep grain meal and rich rye bread notes, a touch of cream soda and vanilla, with dill in the background. There's also dried apricot and a vague floral earthiness. The initial taste brings a rather strong alcohol impact and warmth. It's characterized by heavy rye grain and spice (clove, pepper, ginger, possibly anise), with bitter and vegetal notes. Hints of salted peanut skin are present. (Note: currently sold as a 375 mL bottle)
